Pzartech Ltd. Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pzartech Solutions Ltd. handles personal data through the public website and its shared billing infrastructure.
1. Controller
Pzartech Solutions Ltd., based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, is the controller for personal data processed through this website and through its product billing and entitlement workflows, except where Paddle acts as merchant of record and controls payment processing data in its own capacity.
2. Data we handle
Depending on the interaction, we may handle business contact details, customer identifiers supplied in Paddle webhook events, invoicing data required by law, and limited operational metadata needed to provision access to downstream products. We do not store payment card details on this site.
3. How data is used
We use personal data to respond to business inquiries, issue lawful invoices, reconcile payments, and provision or update product entitlements in the relevant downstream service. We also retain limited audit evidence to support security, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations.
4. Processors and service providers
Pzartech uses service providers that may process personal data on its behalf, including Cloudflare for hosting and serverless execution, Paddle for payment processing, GreenInvoice for invoicing, Google Analytics for consent-based website analytics where enabled, and downstream product backends for entitlement management. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role.
5. Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal accounting requirements, fraud prevention, and auditability. Where our systems store only transient routing data, the source-of-truth records remain with the upstream or downstream systems that own the customer relationship.
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational controls appropriate to the risk, including signature verification on payment webhooks, idempotency checks, structured audit logging with redaction, and scoped downstream routing so one billing event maps to only one product target.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. Some requests may need to be coordinated with Paddle or another processor where that provider is the source of truth for the underlying record.
8. Analytics choices
Where Google Analytics is enabled, it is used to understand aggregate site usage, product interest, and cross-project journeys. Analytics storage is denied by default until a visitor accepts analytics. Visitors can decline analytics, and no payment card details or message bodies are sent to Google Analytics by this site.
